Aiming at better understanding how cities around the world are implementing innovative measures to ensure a sustainable and just future, UK’s Connected Places Catapult has partnered with Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities to deliver a series of dialogues with city leaders.
We are very excited to introduce our next speakers for the Value in Energy Data Series: Dr Myriam Neaimeh and Dr Matthew Deakin from Newcastle University. They will be presenting their work on cloud computing, network models and communication protocols for vehicle grid integration.
This interactive, virtual workshop is the first in a series of meetings to develop the UK’s perception sensors technology strategy. AESIN, CSA Catapult and WMG would like to collaborate with professionals who have an interest in developing and deploying perception sensors for automotive applications, but who are also looking to reach wider markets. We would like to invite end-users, system integrators, sensors developers and applications specialists to attend. This session will inform the development of a strategic plan to strengthen the UK supply chain and drive forward innovative products for perception sensors (primarily for the automotive market as well as additional markets such as aerospace, agritech, urban mobility and subsea).

This series will promote senior level debates, in a fireside format, on key topics such as Post-Pandemic Green Recovery, Smart Resilience and the city’s contribution to achieve the global climate commitments.
