The Catapult Network Office is looking for a Project Assistant, to perform supporting duties to a dynamic and fast-paced team, as well as working with all nine Catapults to help with the coordination of Catapult Network Groups.

The individual will provide direct admin support to the Catapult Network Office team and take minutes for the Catapult Network Groups. The Project Assistant will be exposed to many areas of the organisation including Business Development, Research Technology, Communications, Government Relations, Impact, Finance, Skills Development, Human Resources and Information Technology. 

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude to learning and developing their skillset; training will be provided. Candidates with strong IT skills, excellent written and interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle priorities are encouraged to apply. Prior experience of administrative support is desirable but not essential.

This is an entry-level role, which would be ideal for a graduate or alternatively, for someone with some prior admin work experience hoping to develop their skill set further.

The Catapult Office

You will be working within a small Catapult Network Office team hosted by Digital Catapult but will be interfacing with a large number of colleagues from across all nine Catapults. The Catapult Network supports businesses in transforming great ideas into valuable products and services. Travel requirements

The role is mostly remote, with the successful candidate working from home. There is a requirement for national travel to meet the needs of Network groups and activities.

The ideal candidate will be able to travel to Birmingham or London on a monthly basis and to other locations around the UK as and when required.
